We show up on time, do the work in a manner respectful to your home, get your approval, and leave your space without a trace … except for your new floor.

The installation starts before your floor is delivered

After ordering your flooring, we work with you to schedule the stages of the installation. We'll coordinate with you to schedule the material’s arrival and the installation. The materials will be delivered a few days before installation, to allow the materials to acclimate to your home, to let them expand or contract before being installed. The time varies per carpet.

Floor installation day

We ask that all furniture and appliances be removed from the space. The installation crew needs a work area separate from the installation. Our crew will arrive on schedule. The flooring will be checked for quality and the rooms measured one final time. Only then will the flooring be installed. For the safety of children and pets, we ask that they are kept out of the area.

When the installation is complete, the site is cleaned up, and you will inspect the job. We’re not finished until you are satisfied. If there need to be some adjustments to the installation, they will be done to your approval.
