We would like to reassure you during coronavirus outbreak that we are providing a healthy environment for our customers and employees alike.
We are following the guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local and state officials.
UPDATE: We are able to offer customer curbside pick-up and drop-off, available during the following times:
MON-FRI: Morning (10am - 12pm) or Afternoon (1pm - 4pm)
We have resumed installation services and have limited showroom hours Mon-Sat 10-5pm. We have a reduced showroom staff on hand and appreciate your patience. For our customers, our associates are here to assist in any way we can. During the Bay Area shelter in place directive, we can discuss your flooring project over the phone/email and have samples sent to your home/office. Please note our employees are working remotely so it may take some time to respond. If you need samples right away, we can deliver them to you. On a longer-term basis, we have implemented the recommended enhanced safety rules to create a healthy and safe environment for customers and employees. These measures include but limited to:
• Social distancing protocols.
• Properly hand washing several times per day
• Sanitizing workspaces, samples and door handles multiple times per day
• Employees who are not feeling well are asked to stay home
